Slow down & connect with yourself to bend deeper. When we use our breath consciously, we are able to bring ourselves back to the present moment. Beyond our thoughts, beyond our limited perceptions of ourselves, beyond any distraction stemming from outside of us. Once we're present, we tap into an infinite world of possibilities for us - including the ability to go deeper in our physical body.

This 5 part series will guide you through flexibility and strengthening drills to tap into your innate powers. To bend consciously, connecting deeper with your body and your abilities. To believe that you can and so you will. Just bend & breathe!

Splits & Hips

  • this training is for those looking to open their hamstrings and hips to go deeper in lunges and splits. in this hour long class, we come back to our root. our foundation. As we open up the hips, we release stagnant emotions that lie in our root chakra. We create space and clarity as we lengthen through our legs, out of our hips and up our spine out of the pelvic floor. Root to rise baby.

  • 7 hip and hamstring exercises plus introductory breathwork practice & brief cool down.

Hips & Low Back

  • you can’t go deeper without strength and balance, too! in this training, you’ll practice opening and activating your hips for strong, controlled splits. with this level of understanding, get deeper in your middle, left, and right splits, while also increasing range of motion and strength in your low back.

  • 8 hip & low back exercises plus introductory breath work & brief cool down

  • 3 yoga blocks & yoga strap required

Thoracic Spine & Core

  • strong abs = bendy back. this class focuses on core strengthening and developing length & active strength in the thoracic spine & shoulders. this is the perfect training for those ready to strengthen their core for a more supportive, deeper backbend.

  • 11 ab, shoulder, and thoracic back drills for active flexibility & strength plus introductory breathwork practice & cool down

Upper Back & Shoulders

  • Backbending is all about leading with an open heart. In this training, we reflect on self love as we activate our heart chakra. Practice drills to open and activate your shoulders & upper back, learning to create more space in your chest in order to back bend deeper.

  • 8 shoulder & upper back opening & strengthening drills plus introductory breathwork practice & cool down

Shoulders & Neck

  • express your truth with this cervical spine & shoulder opening training, set to activate your throat chakra. this training is for those looking to deepen their range of movement in the shoulders while lengthening and activating the neck to open the throat for a beautiful, expressive backbend.
