Contortion Training
If you’re looking to develop your contortion skills and overall connection to Self, you may want to consider private or group lessons with Steph. These are available both in person in NYC and virtual via Zoom. Custom flexibility, strengthening, and balancing drills along with breathwork and meditation practices based on your current level and intention. With personal training, you’ll have access to Steph as your coach throughout the duration of your program.
