Everyday has a theme that will challenge you with a physical practice in order to awaken that energy within you, followed by deep diving into self-introspection through guided
journaling prompts.
Let’s Rewind Real Quick: Who Am I?
Hey there - it’s me, Steph! Ready to be your high vibe partner in shine. So what brought us here together? Well, I struggled with depression for over three years. It started after a series of unfortunate events that my newly adult self was not prepared for. I fell anxious, sad, so very numb for so long. It was crippling & scary at times. I thought there was something wrong with me. I cried everyday & felt so alone. But I decided to make a change. Instead of giving up on myself, I turned to physical movement. I decided that although I didn’t have control over the circumstances that surrounded my reality - I would always be in control of my body
A year later I became a yoga teacher, a practice that taught me that we are such powerful beings once we release ourselves from all that shit & fear we pick up from from the outside world, other peoples opinions, the constant pressure we put on ourselves, lack based thinking that probably stemmed from past traumas, limiting beliefs, & self sabotaging patterns. Yoga allowed me to love & trust myself so that even at my lowest moments, I still believed in all I can do because I am so clear on who I am and will always live my truth. & of course, yoga has allowed me to greatly deepen my flexibility skills which bring fluidity into all aspects of my life
I began going to the gym way more too. I began sculpting my body & gained strength. I found that as my muscles got stronger, so did my mind. I became more focused on what it is I want in life, I became more motivated & determined. Working out ignited that fire within me to take action to get to where I desired to go. Because it’s up to me. No one else.
& finally, throughout my journey, I picked up journaling in order to accept my past and forgive myself, to discover that all I’ve been through has led me to this moment and ultimately to discover my life’s purpose. To help others elevate their physical body in order to elevate their mind which will allow them to tap into their fullest powers, too. No one should experience the deep pain I once did. No one should wake up and feel like they’re living a life not meant for them. No one. And so, it is my mission to assist & support everyone who is ready to be healthy & happy.
