Forearm Stands & Wheels Workshop
In this 2hr workshop, we cover a variety of drills targeting shoulder openings, cobra low back opening and strengthening drills, along with opening hips & hamstrings to prepare us for split presses, progressing our way towards forearm stands with a variety of shapes.
