Standing Splits & Needles Workshop
In this 2 hour workshop, we focus on balancing into strength and flexibility working in our hips, hamstrings, low spine, and shoulders. We work foundational drills, leading towards standing splits, standing bow & arrows, and standing needle / dancers pose with variations for all levels.
